Policies and Best Practices

When to arrive?

Please complete your intake forms online, or you may fill them at the clinic before your appointment. 

Please arrive at your appointment 20 minutes before your scheduled time to complete paperwork.

Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the popularity of our most-loved services and as a courtesy to the staff and other guests, we require a minimum 48 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes.  

  • Appointments canceled or changed after the notification period will result in a cancellation fee or service being deducted from your package.

  • The cancellation fee is 50% of the regular treatment price.

  • Late notification of cancellation of Botox treatment will result in a fee of 10 units.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Late arrivals will result in the appointment concluding at the original time scheduled and at the regular treatment price.

No Show Policy

  • No notification of cancellation will result in a full charge of the regular treatment price.

  • No notification of cancellation of Botox treatment will result in a fee of 20 units.

Refund Policy

Results are variable from person to person. We do our best to achieve the best outcome but it cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for the cost of additional treatments or products to get the desired results.

Gratitude and Gratuities

Our best reward is your referrals of friends and family. Gratuities are, therefore, left to your discretion. If you would like to show your appreciation to your aesthetic service specialist, you may leave them a monetary tip by cash, check or credit card.

Age Limits

you+ welcomes guests of all ages; however, some services may require parental release before the service can be rendered on those under the age of 18.

Valuables

Please do not bring jewelry or valuables into the studio. you+ cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Cellphones

To ensure you and other you+ guests get the full benefit of the self-care experience, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone or put it on silent.

Personalization is a key part of your you+ experience. Your specialist can usually modify all aspects of facial treatments to your preference, including amount of light, table temperature, and volume of music.
